Το Laiko is located in Ilion, in a small square behind Andrea Papandreou Avenue. It boasts a very friendly atmosphere (Apostolis, Niki, and Maria make up one of the few genuine teams), with excellent selections of rebetiko music, and a menu that adequately covers all tastes. We tried barley risotto with shrimp, cod with garlic dip, meatballs, fresh greens, fava bean puree, beets, and marinated anchovies. Everything was cooked perfectly. Ιdeal spot for weekday outings. On Saturdays, they host live rebetiko music, so you should definitely book a table before your visit. Closes at 8 pm on Sundays and remain closed on Mondays.
